Frequently asked questions

No, ski passes are not included in the price.
Children born between 2009 and 2018 receive the children’s rate, children born in 2019 and later ski for free.

The youth rate is available to those born between 2006 and 2008.

In principle, yes.
However, the same performance level is required.
Please speak to the area manager directly on site when you are assigned to a course

Children can take part in ski courses from the age of three.
For snowboard courses, we recommend a minimum age of eight years.

Yes, lunchtime supervision during vacation periods must be booked online with the course.

No.
The teachers have a very tight schedule and therefore it is not possible for them to make up for missed time.
We therefore ask you to arrive punctually at the start of the course so that you can make the most of every minute.

A refund of the course fee is only possible on presentation of a medical certificate.
The course will be refunded pro rata for days already used.
Example: You have booked a five-day course (€ 299) and only used three days of it (€ 292).
You will then be refunded the difference (€ 7) between three and five days.

No These take place from Sunday to Thursday for children and adults.
There are no group courses on Friday and Saturday, but it is possible to book private lessons.

Private lessons can be booked 7 days a week.

In principle, the fee will only be refunded on presentation of a doctor’s certificate (illness, injury).
It is possible to book a trial day for the children and then extend it.

It also makes sense to use the days in succession, as the learning program builds on each day.
If course participants skip a day, this could result in them not being able to keep up with the course and therefore having to change groups.

We mainly teach in three languages: German, English and Dutch.

Not for group courses, for private courses it is of course possible, but we ask you to send us your teacher request by e-mail as early as possible.
However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your request.

Helmets are not compulsory in Tyrol, but we strongly recommend that our course participants wear a helmet.
As our ski instructors also have a role model function and the safety of our employees is of course very important to us, our instructors are obliged to wear a helmet.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, EC card and cash.

Yes, our final race for the children takes place every Thursday.
The prizes are then distributed within the group by the respective ski instructor.
Every child receives a medal.

Yes, but we recommend that parents watch their children from an appropriate distance so that the lessons are not disturbed and the children are not distracted.

The groups are generally divided up on Sunday and Monday.
It is also possible for intermediate and advanced students to join until Tuesday.

We recommend that you take at least three days.
Furthermore, the group course program is structured for the whole week.
For beginners in particular, we recommend taking five days so that you have mastered the basics of skiing.

Ski and snowboard skills check

On our ski courses, your children will be placed in the right group for them.
Young winter sports enthusiasts who have already had their first skiing experience start in a different place to those who are on skis for the first time.

In den Ferienzeiten vom 22.12.24 – 09.01.25 und vom 02.02.25 – 06.03.25 wird ausdrücklich empfohlen die Kurse früh genug online zu buchen, da ansonsten keine Teilnahme mehr garantiert werden kann.
Die Mittagsbetreuung kann nur online mit dem Kinderkurs „Kinder Gruppen – Skikurs 5-14 Jahre mitgebucht werden.
